The Rollmatic DIRO line dedicated to Dough dividers and Rounders is characterized by a compact and easy-to-clean design. 

The Dough Dividers Rounders are indispensable equipment in bakeries, where it is necessary to make large quantities of dough buns of the same size and weight without altering the product, but also in Pizzerias, where the buns are crushed to create the round bases of the pizzas.

To reduce the overall dimensions and make their use more ergonomic, some models are equipped with a pedal unit instead of the traditional handle to activate the rounding cycle.

Thanks to the front handles and the lever operated trolley (optional), the divider rounders can be easily lifted on the wheels and moved to easily clean the floor.
