Rollmatic semi-automatic dough sheeters reduce any type of dough into a sheet of uniform thickness, for bakeries requiring high performance and consistent laminating precision. Semi-automatic work cycle: Cylinder descent and conveyor belt speed management are automated. The inversion of the sheeting direction remains under the manual management of the operator via convenient electric keys or a pedal board. 4.5” touch screen with 50 programs. Folding and removable tables with a width of 650 mm and cylinders with opening up to 50 mm. Selectable table lengths, from 1200 to 1800 mm. Optional: automatic flour duster. Optional: dough winder that is activated manually to then complete the winding process automatically.
