Manual work cycle: Manual management of roller opening, belt speed, cycle inversion, flour dusting, and dough winding. Benchtop models (S5BM, R50B, R55B) and with base (R50, R55) equipped with practical folding and removable tables to minimize footprint. Selectable table lengths, from 700 to 1200 mm depending on the model. 500 mm or 550 mm rollers and tables with opening up to 40 mm. Single sheeting speed. Cycle inversion via joystick.
