The R55 is a compact manual dough sheeter with an integrated base, ideal for optimizing bakery space without sacrificing excellent production capacity thanks to its 550 mm working width. The practical folding and removable tables allow for maximum operational flexibility. The cylinders ensure smoothness and precision on both soft and hard doughs, while cycle inversion via joystick (and optional foot pedal) and stainless steel cylinder guards guarantee ergonomics and safety.
