The R65 is the top of the range for the manual dough sheeter category. Featuring a 650 mm table and cylinders with openings up to 50 mm, the R65 is equipped with the exclusive friction-controlled adjustment system® – a Rollmatic patent that guarantees smooth cylinder movements and micrometric dough rolling without any effort. Cycle inversion is operated via comfortable electric pulse buttons and a foot pedal. Furthermore, the quick belt-tensioning system and the patented QR® (Quick Release) scrapers minimize daily cleaning times. Also available with a built-in cutting unit to speed up the production of croissants and much more.
