The CP42 and CP52 are professional automatic counter-top bread slicers, ideal for slicing most types of bread. They are available in two versions depending on the useful slicing width: 420 mm (CP42) and 520 mm (CP52). Thanks to its extremely compact size, the CP42 model is the perfect solution for shops, small laboratories, and restaurants. They can work in both single and continuous cutting modes, feature adjustable cutting speed, and are equipped with a steel safety cover with automatic opening and closing. Both models offer a fixed-pitch cut with slice thickness selectable from 7 to 21 mm when ordering. Solidly built, they represent a guarantee of reliability over time.
