Dough calibrator entirely made of stainless steel. Self-adjusting system for rollers and feeding belt according to the amount of dough. Adjustable speed with inverter. The roller lowering system assures uniform lamination and accurate weight. It smoothes the dough of irregularities. Can be used alone or as a twin line before a TB20-30-35 make-up table or before a production line. Ideal for especially thin dough, such as that needed for carasau bread, crostoli, pita, spianata, pizza, etc.
